2012 Region 2 Spring Conference at Elon University March 30-31

February 10, 2012 by kane804

From our friends at the Elon University student chapter:

Join your fellow ink-stained wretches and muckrakers at the Society of Professional Journalists Region 2 conference in beautiful Elon, North Carolina, March 30-31.  The conference hosted by Elon University, will include professionals from all journalism fields, experts from academia, panels for our professional attendees and an ethics challenge. Students will be able to drop off resumes, portfolios, newspapers and reels for critiques from expert judges. And the Mark of Excellence awards will be announced while attendees enjoy some North Carolina barbecue (don’t worry we’ll have some vegetarian options, too).
