A panel of media professionals discussed the pandemic’s impact on news organizations and journalists during an hourlong online event hosted by SPJ Virginia Pro on May 27.
The discussion was moderated by Marisa Porto, executive in residence at Hampton University, former publisher and editor-in-chief for the Daily Press Media Group and co-host of We Virginians, a video series about Virginia public policy in a post-pandemic world. The panelists included:
